1. Donate to the “Transitional Housing Fund”
Following our successful ‘Capital Campaign’ our two transitional houses are now financially secure.
However, there is further work that the Homeless Coalition would like to do to make these houses a
true home for our client families. Smaller projects being considered include the finishing of the
basements, fencing for the yards – and of course just the routine on-going maintenance that any
house needs.

2. Donate to our “Emergency Housing/Operating Fund”
After a few years of working toward our vision, we are excited to say that we have placed 2 families
into the transitional houses and have placed a number of individuals into rental rooms.
The more generous you are, the more services we can provide to those in need.
List of Operating Needs:
$157 pays for 1 month of electricity per house
$51 pays for 1 month of gas per house
$47 pays for 1 month of water
$70 pays for 1 night of motel voucher (varies)
$100 pays for 10 pkgs taxi vouchers
$25 pays for 1 gas card
$25-50 pays for a food/grocery card
$17 pays for a 1 hour emergency response time
$500 pays for 1 month accounting service
$1,000+ pays for 1 month wages, fees, supplies, etc.
