The Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson, WI is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides transitional housing and emergency assistance to families and individuals in need in the Fort Atkinson area. The Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson was started in 2019, after the tragic death of Keith Lueloff in one of the city’s parks. A group of concerned citizens from churches, organizations, and businesses in the city gathered to discuss options to begin to coordinate support.
Fort HealthCare has been an amazing partner to the Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson, very understanding, receptive and helpful to us as we acquired two transitional houses!
Fort HealthCare continues to be a wonderful partner. They recently became Gold Sponsors of the Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson helping us to meet our mission to enhance the quality of life for persons and families who need assistance and a place to live.
